A residential context in Lombardy

Viresco® Sator is unique in its ability to treat critical areas while enhancing them from an aesthetic point of view.

In this case history, the architectural context required a consolidation and grassing of an embankment adjacent to a valuable rustic building, which needed to be as effective and harmonious as possible.

A lawn was required that combined rusticity with ornamental qualities and species suited to the environment and climate.

The same mixture was also used in the flat parts with manual seeding. 

In fact, the result with Viresco® Sator on the more difficult surfaces turned out to be better than on the easier flat parts.

The reason is simple: Viresco® Sator holds seeds and fertilisers firmly inside, even under extreme conditions and inclinations, and the even distribution ensures homogeneous germination.

Quick and easy to lay, it bonds perfectly, even on the steepest slopes: the result is a healthy, dense lawn with better weed control even in the most adverse conditions.

Viresco® Sator allows even vigorous irrigation, the seeds and fertiliser do not risk being washed away by rainfall, and are able to establish themselves permanently with no inconvenience.

It also offers excellent disease control and protection against birds and insects. 

The constant customisation of the seeds used then makes it possible to always provide the most suitable product for different situations.

The result was very well received as a very impressive lawn, as the photos below demonstrate.
